Servers that do not meet your expectations must be cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase.

HostVentrilo.com will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price. If you are not satisfied with the operation of your Ventrilo, or any aspect of our product or service, you can request, and will receive, a full refund (100% of monies paid) within the 1st 30 days.

This does not preclude our right to offer refunds outside of this time period if the situation warrants. We treat all our clients EXACTLY the same way we would expect to be treated.
